Selection and Retention of A-Players
What makes an A-player?  An A player is an employee who aligns to the core values of the organization and delivers results.  Too many times, companies hold on to people because they produce results, but in fact, they are killing the organization because they are not aligned to the company’s core values.  These are the back stabbers, powermongers, and gossipers that destroy the organization from the inside out.

A-players only want to play with other A players.  They won’t stick around long if they see leadership is unwilling to deal with B and C players. 

Continual Leadership Development of the Leadership Team.
There are three barriers to growth in a company, and it starts with the leadership team – their ability to grow as leaders, predict, and delegate.  As the leadership team goes, so goes the company.  The best leaders commit to a lifetime of learning to become better leaders.
